Between November 11 and 13, 2024, TBG held the second edition of its “Leaders Who Transport the Future” event. Held at Villa Itaipava Hotel in Petrópolis, in Rio de Janeiro State’s mountainous interior, the meeting brought together TBG directors, managers, coordinators, supervisors and consultants for three days of learning, inspiration and strengthening of ties between the company’s leaders.

The main objective of the meeting was to provide a unique opportunity for the company’s leaders to deepen their understanding of the business, identify new challenges and opportunities and, above all, reflect on the role of leadership in times of rapid transformation. This year’s theme focused on the demands of the so-called “VUCA world,” which represents four characteristics of our present challenging environment: volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.

The program of activities, designed to inspire reflection and promote a strategic look at the sector’s challenges, included talks, workshops and panels aimed at developing the skills needed to lead in an increasingly complex and dynamic business environment.
