Measuring Stations: 4 (3 in Brazil)

TBG has four Measuring Stations that measure the gas to be delivered to the local distribution companies:

EMED Mutun (Bolívia)
EMED Guararema (SP)
EMED Gascar (Campinas-Rio)
EMED Gaspaj (Paulínia-Jacutinga)

Operational Measuring Stations: 2
TBG has two Operational Measuring Stations which measure operational variables, such as natural gas pressure and temperature. They also conduct pig launching and receiving. Pig is a device that runs inside the pipeline for cleaning and maintenance.

EMOP Corumbá (MS)
EMOP Canoas (RS)

Pressure Reducing Stations: 2
TBG has two Pressure Reducing Stations that limit the operational pressure at determined segments of the Pipeline:

ERP Paulínia (SP)
ERP Araucária (PR)

Paulínia Hub

HUB is a central pipeline interconnection point, where the natural gas deliveried is divided into branches to reach various regions. Hubs are similarly used in aviation, railroad, electric and general transportation systems. In Brazil, the natural gas pipeline network has seven  HUBs and one of them, that belongs to TBG, is located in Paulínia (SP).
