TBG divulga resultado e tarifas aplicadas na Chamada Pública 02-2020

On Monday (April 5th) TBG announced the results of Public Call to Tender No. 02/2020 regarding firm annual contracts for the Entry and Exit of gas pipeline capacity Products during the period from 2021 to 2025. The natural gas transporter also disclosed the fees applied in the acquisition of those services, as approved by the ANP (National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels) under Official Ruling No. 71/2021.
The winning bidder was Petrobras, which closed firm contracts for around 9.9 million m³/day of transportation capacity through the Exit Zones MS1, SP1, SP2, SP4 and SC1 and 3 million m³/day through the EMED Gascar Entry Point, in the state of São Paulo. Both contracts (Entry & Exit) are for a period of eight months, with service provision beginning on May 1st and ending on December 31st of 2021.
Furthermore, taking into consideration the current legacy contracts and those arising from CP01/2019, the gas transportation capacity under contract for the year 2021 amounts to approximately 23.78 million m³/d, as broken down in the following table

The basic fees applied in the respective Petrobras contracts under CP02/2020 already take into consideration the reduction in the value of the Asset Regulatory Base determined by the ANP.
