Today (27/04) the closing event of the TBG Compliance Games - 2021 Edition took place at the company’s Headquarters, with a live transmission for the entire corporate team.

The Compliance Games are an initiative for TBG's internal public, which promotes learning and reflection, in a light-hearted manner, by focusing on key issues related to Compliance, Ethics, Integrity and Internal Controls.

The top five best performers in the 2021 Edition were: Leonardo Duncan (1st); Thiago D'Aguiar (2nd); Edgard Soares Claussen (3rd); Suelen Silva (4th); and Jefferson Chaparin (5th).

The event was opened by CEO Cynthia Silveira, who highlighted the importance of the projects developed at TBG for the continuous strengthening of the company’s Integrity Culture; she then congratulated the winners.

The event was organized by the coordinator responsible for TBG Compliance and Internal Controls activities, Rosângela Ayres, with participation of the Asset Integrity Manager, Vicente Thiago; the New Business Manager, Nelson Lemgruber; Infrastructure Manager, Allan Hill; the Human Resources Manager, Paulo Mansur; Safety Coordinator, Helka dos Santos; and the TBG Integrity Agent, Cristiani Elias.

The Director of Maintenance and Operations, Marcelo Saavedra, closed the awards ceremony, congratulating everyone who participated in the Games and highlighting the importance of exercising Corporate Compliance; an area of paramount importance to society and which has become increasingly relevant in the world.
