Last Thursday, May 26th, TBG hosted the 10th Internal Audit Executives Meeting in Rio de Janeiro. The event was held at the company's head office, which took place during the International Professional Internal Audit Awareness Month, and was marked by the return of face-to-face meetings and an exchange of experiences by professionals from 19 major companies including Petrobras, Petros, Constellation, Austral Seguradora, Vibra, NTS, Enauta, Fapes, Neoenergia, Ocyan, Eletrobras, RSM, Icatu Seguros, Prudential, IRB, Capemisa, Aspen Pharma, Furnas and TBG.

The Meeting was opened by TBG CEO Cynthia Silveira and a presentation made by TBG internal auditor Daniel Hing. He spoke on the application of 'Agile Methodologies' used and TBG. Other presentations were conducted by specialists including Fernando Macedo, Governance General Coordinator of the Governance, Risks and Compliance Department at Eletrobrás. He addressed the topic - 'Internal Audit and ESG'. Participants also heard Fábio Bastos, a partner at RSM Brasil, who spoke on - ‘The new relationship between Auditing and Compliance’.
