On Friday, February 5th, the certification agency Bureau Veritas recommended the maintaining of the TBG’s internationally recognized certifications NBR ISO 9001 (Quality Management), NBR ISO 14001 (Environment Management) and ISO 45001 ( Occupational Health and Safety Management), having made the necessary adjustments to the changes introduced in the latest versions of those ISO standards.

The audit evaluated issues such as the company’s quality control policy, the leadership and commitment demonstrated by the senior management, control of documented information, control of the registering of anomalies, communication with customers, business risks, aspects and impacts of HSE, among other matters.

The strengths indicated by the audit were: diversification of the product portfolio; company adaptation to the new Gas Billing System; the digitization of procedures; remote operation (home office) of the Supervision and Control Center; and the Risk Management System.
