To promote greater interaction between the Petrobras Governance and Compliance area and TBG, the company received today, at our Headquarters, representatives of the Petrobras Governance and Compliance Department, including Salvador Dahan, Executive Director of Governance and Compliance; Renata Elias, Executive Manager of Compliance; Cláudia da Costa Vasques Zacour, Executive Governance Manager; Andrea Ribeiro Pozzi de Carvalho, Corporate Governance Manager; and Luciana Madeira Frajdrach, Manager of Integrated Compliance.

During the meeting, TBG presented its Integrity Program as well as the company’s Governance activities. TBG was represented by the Executive Board and by the Compliance, Internal Controls and Intelligence departments as well as the Governance and Legal Affairs areas. During the event, TBG Director-President, Cynthia Silveira made an institutional presentation. Compliance, Internal Control and Intelligence Manager, Rafael Santoro Guimarães, presented the TBG Integrity Program and the Governance and Legal Affairs Manager, Denise Sayão, presented the main governance actions carried out by TBG.
