Between December 26th and 31st, TBG presents to the market place the 1st Round for Natural Gas Transport Services for Short Term Products for 2023.

Tenders for acquisition will be carried out in three subsequent stages to provide entry and exit contracts, prioritizing quarterly, monthly and daily contracts.

In the first phase, started on the 26th, quarterly contracts will be available, with validity expected for the second, third and fourth quarters of 2023. The offering process starts with the publication of the available capacity, moves to the auction stage, on the 26th, and finalizes with contract celebrations, on the 27th of December.

The monthly short-term contract modality will be offered between the 28th and 29th of December. Daily products, for contracts with start-up of the operational period in January, will be released between the 30th and 31st of December.

Contracts must be made through the Capacity Offer Portal (POC), which is a digital environment that allows the contracting of TBG short-term products and services (quarterly, monthly and daily) and which may be accessed at https://www.ofertadecapacidade.com.br/

If any market agent has an immediate need to contract daily products, the POC will process all requests with only one day in advance. The request and contracting of Natural Gas Daily Products begin in the early hours of each day and, once the capacity has been contracted, the winning agent may request transport services for the following day.

TBG is the only company in Brazil that offers quarterly, monthly and daily transportation services. The new contract modalities and other initiatives were created to contribute to the opening of the market and to meet the specific demands of almost every player, in a fair, just and transparent procedure.

Since August 2021, the POC has become the country's first Multicarrier Platform, which allows the acquisition not only of TBG products and services, but also offers from other gas carriers.
