TBG informs agents in the oil and natural gas sector and other interested parties that the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels - ANP approved the beginning of the Offering and Contracting Process for Natural Gas Transport Capacity for the period from 2024 to 2028, which will be conducted indirectly by the carrier under the supervision of the Infrastructure and Movement Superintendence – SIM, according to Notification Number 454/2023/SIM-CAT/SIM/ANP-RJ, dated on 11/27/2023.

The Transport Capacity Offer and Contracting Process will use the tariff proposal approved by the ANP Collegiate Board through ANP Order No. 1,455, dated 11/24/2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on 11/27/2023.

The object of this process is the offering to the marketplace, of all firm Transport Capacity offers available for entry and exit operations in the Bolivia-Brazil Gas Pipeline for the years 2024 inclusive to 2028.

The documentation relating to this offer may be accessed on the website at the TBG Capacity Booking Portal (POC): ofertadecapacidade.com.br.

The conclusion of the Master contract is a condition for pre-qualifying agents so they may participate in the offer process; the signing of contracts will extend through to 12/05/2023.

Agents wishing to express their interest in participating in this process may do so beginning on 11/29 and ending on 12/06, according to the schedule available in the POC website.
