The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) has authorized the release of Public Call 04/2022 to contract Annual Firm Capacity Products available in the TBG Gas Pipeline Entry and Exit Regime for the period from 2023 to 2027.

According to the schedule approved by the ANP, the public notice, contract drafts and other information on the process are now available at: https://www.ofertadecapacidade.com.br/leilao/1/5  

The registration period for participants runs through to November 16th and the announcement of qualified candidates will take place on November 17th.

The signing of the transport contracts is scheduled to take place between the 26th and 30th of December. The start of operations for the provision of transport services will commence after all the necessary procedures have been finalized, according to the approved timetable.
