As of today, July 14th, registration for the 4th Public TBG Employee Selection Process is underway. A total of 48 job positions have been made available for mid and high-level functions. A second list – a reserve registry, will also be composed, to be used by TBG according to future needs at the company. The registration period for the selection process will remain open until the 4th of August. The job qualification exam has been scheduled for the 24th of September. 

TBG has not opened a public selection process since 2012. This year's process will be valid for 2 years and may be extended for an additional 2 years. For junior technical mid-level positions, a total of 18 vacancies were opened for the following areas: Pipeline Integrity, Instrumentation and Automation, Mechanical Maintenance, Cathodic Protection, Construction and Assembly, Inspection and Junior Safety Technician.

For higher-level functions, the company is looking for 30 candidates for jobs distributed in the following areas: Junior Analyst (Management, Communication, Environment, Audit and Compliance, Legal, Accounting, Information Technology/Software Development and Marketing); Junior Engineer (Projects and Works, Projects and Works/Civil, Projects and Works/Electrical, Maintenance, Maintenance/Mechanical, Operations, Pipeline Integrity, Inspection and Junior Safety Engineer.

Monthly remuneration for mid-level positions is BRL 3,977.07. For higher-level positions, values vary between BRL 10,185.39 and BRL 10,974.14.
