We hereby inform the general public of the decision made by the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) to temporarily suspend the TBG Public Call 03/2021 Procedure for Contracting Gas Transport Capacity, as published in the ANP Official Letter No. 16/2022/SIM/ANP-RJ, dated February 23, 2022.

The decision to temporarily suspend the process was motivated by the request for annulment of the bid submitted to the ANP by the Gas Company of the State of Rio Grande do Sul – Sulgás on 02/21/2022.

The ANP has acknowledged the contestation, filed by the company Sulgás and temporarily suspend the process of the Public Call for Contracting Transport Capacity ANP 03/2021. All participants will have 5 days to express opinions. The period will begin after the publication of the Order in the Official Gazette (DOU).

Finally, ANP will manifest its decision in due course on the next stages of the event.
