TBG sets out schedule for the offering of Short-Term Products
On Monday (January 11th) the TBG announced its schedule for the offering of natural gas transportation capacity in the format of Short-Term Products, covering the period January to May 2021. The timetable kicks off in January with a 2nd round of offers, continuing on from the 1st round, which took place in September 2020.
In addition to the dates for the announcing of available capacity, the schedule determines the dates of the auctions, the requesting and allocation of capacity and signing of the contracts. There will be three types of offering, in quarterly, monthly and daily formats.
The 2nd Round of the offering of Short-Term Products to the market gets under way in the week of January 11th to 15th, starting with the quarterly ‘entry and exit’ contracts, which can be closed for the second, third and fourth quarters of this year.
The offering of the monthly product format will take place between January 18th and 22nd, with contracts covering the months from February to December 2021.
The daily product format will be offered between January 25th and 27th and the auction will be available on a daily basis for the purchasing of capacity within the month on offer, which in this case will be February 2021.
The contractual procedure can be performed using the Capacity Offers Portal (COP), a digital purchasing environment set up by the TBG at: ofertadecapacidade.tbg.com.br.
Interested shippers may submit contract requests for capacity in one or more product format, by entry point and/or exit zone, according to their interests.
