TBG informs its shareholders and the market in general that, due to the validity, as of January 1, 2022, of Law No. 13,818, of April 24, 2019, which amended Article 289 of Law No. 6,404, of December 15, 1976 (LSA); the Company will no longer disclose the publications ordered by the LSA in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro.

Such publications will only be published in the Jornal Valor Econômico, as per usual, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), where the Company's headquarters are located. Such publications and other announcements will be published in a summarized form in a printed edition and in full text form available in the website of the above-mentioned newspaper.
