On March 18, TBG held the first 2026 edition of “Coffee & Compliance,” an initiative that promotes dialogue on ethics, integrity and compliance in the corporate environment. The meeting brought together employees from different areas and included the participation of experts from the company and Petrobras.

The edition highlighted the practical application of the Code of Ethical Conduct in everyday activities, underscoring the role of organizational culture in building ethical, transparent and sustainable environments. Guest speaker Soraya Lemos, a consultant in Petrobras’ Compliance Area, addressed the importance of integrity as the foundation for trust and credibility in institutional relationships.

During the meeting, data and analysis on the perception of corruption at the international level were also presented, based on indicators from Transparency International, demonstrating the relevance of campaigns and structured integrity initiatives in strengthening corporate governance.

A practical case related to operational safety was also shared, underlining the importance of adopting rigorous protocols and preventive measures that contribute to the integrity of operations.
