Yesterday, March 1st, we celebrated at our Headquarters, the closing of the 2022 Edition Compliance Games in the presence of our CEO, Erik da Costa Breyer, the Commercial Director, Jorge Hijjar, and our Maintenance and Operations Director, Marcelo Saavedr; The participated in the delivery and receiving of the awards.

In this edition, the big news was the presentation of the TOP 10 winners in the Individual and Manager Categories, but only the top five winners received a trophy.

The 1st place individual winner was Thiago D'Aguiar, from Human Resources Management area. The 2nd place went to Leonardo Duncan, also from Human Resources Management. The 3rd place went to Keyson Cumin, from Planning and Contracts Management; 4th place went to the Commercial director, Jorge Hijjar and the 5th place winner was Cristiane Tartarotti, from the Goods and Services Supply Management area.

In the Managers' category, the Human Resources area won 1st place, vice-leadership went to the Integrity Management area, 3rd place - to Infrastructure Management, 4th place went to Goods and Services and, closing the awards, 5th place went to Project Management. 

The Program, now in its second edition, promotes, among TBG's internal public, learning and reflections in an educational manner, such topics and concepts as related to compliance, ethical conduct and integrity. The main characteristics of the Games were designed to stimulate the maintaining of attention and focus, and constant observance so the concepts of 'compliance' will not be forgotten.
