TBG Open Season 03-21 released on January 17th
The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) has authorized the announcement of Open Season 03/2021 procedures to contract Annual Firm Capacity Products in the TBG Gas Pipeline Entry and Exit Regime for the period from 2022 to 2026.
According to the schedule approved by the ANP, the Open Season will be available on the air, starting January 17 (Monday) and can be accessed, on the same day, through the Capacity Booking Platform (POC), at the internet address: www.ofertadecapacidade.com.br.
The timetable of all stages of the Open Season 03/21 can be seen in the POC, in addition to the Contract Drafts, Tariff Proposals, the Application Form and the Expression of Interest letter (MI).
The registration period for Open Season contenders will take place between the 17th and the 21st of January and the announcement of qualified candidates will be published on January 24th.
The Signing of Transport Contracts is scheduled to take place between the 21st and 25th of February. The start of natural gas transmission service operations will begin after conclusion of all the necessary procedures, according to the timetable, scheduled for March 1, 2022.

Observations:
1 - Availability of information regarding the stages of the Guaranteed Proposal, such as the capacity offered, tariffs and other aspects of the auction, resulting from the previous stage of Letters of Interest, which will be available in the Capacity Booking Platform - POC website.
2 - Disclosure of the Result of the Guaranteed Proposal Stage, informing the allocated capacity, tariff, number of shippers. If there is a dispute over capacity at any Entry and/or Exit Point, the Tariff Adjustment Mechanism by Participants' Preference will be applied ("ascending clock") limited to 3 (three) rounds based on price (percentage of applicable reference rate) as provided for in the Open Season procedures.
3 - Additional Guaranteed Bid Auctions shall be limited to 3 (three) rounds upon application of the Fare Adjustment Mechanism by Participants' Preference ("Ascending Clock") as provided for in the Open Season procedure.
