TBG makes presence felt at Gas Week 2024 with a discussion on new business
TBG's New Business Manager, Rafael Perrone, participated in a discussion with journalist André Ramalho from EPBR on Thursday, April 18, at the Gas Week 2024 event in Brasília.
Among the topics discussed, the manager highlighted TBG's ongoing work to inject biomethane into its pipeline network. According to Perrone, this is currently a topic demanding considerable attention from the company, as well as from the entire gas market.
"Today, our focus is on investment opportunities. Our goal is to make TBG even bigger than it already is," he emphasized. Additionally, the company, as the manager pointed out, not only holds a prominent position in the market but also benefits from a privileged location with its pipeline network cutting through the Centro-Sul region of Brazil, responsible for 50% of the National GDP. "That's truly significant," he noted.
TBG has been forging closer ties with distribution companies, which serve as an important interface in the market. The aim is to build and identify business opportunities together.
Gas Week 2024 took place from April 15 to 18 and was organized by EPBR, a communications company specializing in the energy sector. Over the four days, industry representatives promoted discussions among producers, planners, and regulators regarding market opening and new investments.
