Responding to market demand, the TBG has made a series of improvements to its digital capacity offers platform – the COP. From now on, for the daily format, the company offers the option of ordering the product with only one day’s prior notice: the application and reserving of the product takes place in the early hours of the morning and as soon as the capacity is under contract the customer can place their transportation request for the following day.

Every month, daily products are offered through the COP, immediately after the quarterly and monthly products have been tendered. During February, in the 3rd Round of Short-Term Product Offers, the quarterly products will be made available as of Monday 1st, while the monthly products will be available as of Monday 8th.

Meanwhile, the daily products can be purchased up to the day prior to the commencement of service provision. For that purpose, it is necessary for the customer to have a signed Master Agreement and to meet the financial requirements. The auctions will take place between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., with the results announced by 11 a.m. The contract is to be signed by midday, thus allowing the customer, as of 2 p.m., to place a firm gas order for the following day.

We would like to remind you that TBG’s Short-Term Products are offered through the COP throughout the entire year. The schedule* containing the offering dates is available through the portal: ofertadecapacidade.tbg.com.br, where one can accompany the entire contractual procedure. Interested shippers may apply for a capacity contract for one or more products, by entry point and/or exit zone, according to their interests.

The supply of Short Term Products provides distinctive services offering logistics solutions for the transportation of natural gas, as a new contractual option in the market opened up by the TBG, enabling shippers to organize their transportation capacity portfolios, seeking the best strategies for the commercialization of natural gas.
