Tuesday, February 4th, 2024, the company organized an ceremony for the first group of 40 new collaborators admitted through the 4th Public Job Selection Process held in 2023.

The date also marked the beginning of the group's integration work, a period that lasted until this Friday, 5th of April. During the programmed activities, the candidates had the opportunity to watch presentations by company executives that spoke the them about TBG activities on different work fronts, in addition to expanding their knowledge of the gas and energy market in the country.

The group of new employees is made up of 40 professionals, 24 of whom are analysts with higher education graduate degrees who will be located at company headquarters in Rio de Janeiro and in the Campinas/SP office.

The remaining 16 admitted, all with secondary school education, will hold technical positions at TBG operational facilities located in Capão Bonito/SP, Campinas/SP, Hortolândia/SP, Mirandópolis/SP, Penápolis/SP, Araucária/PR, Biguaçu/SC, Canoas /RS, Campo Grande/MS and Ribas do Rio Pardo/MS.
