TBG demonstrates growing maturity of integrity culture, 2025 Internal Compliance Survey finds

TBG has completed the sixth edition of its Internal Compliance Survey, an annual initiative that evaluates employees’ perceptions of compliance actions and the effectiveness of the company’s Integrity Program.

Conducted between August and October 2025, the survey recorded a Compliance Awareness Indicator of 88.84%, reflecting the maturity of TBG’s integrity culture.

According to Rosângela Ayres, head of TBG’s Compliance Area, which carried out the survey, this result demonstrates employees’ maturity, engagement and collective commitment.

“Over the years, the Compliance Survey has demonstrated the maturity of TBG’s Compliance Program, consistently showing the workforce’s awareness of compliance issues, contributing to greater value creation for all company stakeholders,” she said.

This year’s results showed continued progress in employees’ views on topics such as individual responsibility for preventing misconduct, confidence in the fairness and integrity of hiring processes, and openness to discussing ethical matters with management. Of the 21 questions asked, 17 presented agreement levels above 80%.

The survey also indicated a high level of credibility in actions to prevent and combat irregularities, as well as a perception of continuous improvement in the implementation of the Compliance Program.

In 2026, the company will continue to strengthen its integrity initiatives by expanding communication, training and transparency efforts, reinforcing its ongoing commitment to ethics, compliance and corporate responsibility.

TBG’s Integrity Program is based on an employee-centered approach, recognizing that each individual is responsible for adopting ethical conduct and contributing to a respectful organizational environment. The Compliance Survey is an essential tool for understanding employees’ perceptions of the compliance initiatives implemented by TBG. The results guide the planning and execution of actions for the following year, promoting improvements aligned with employees’ expectations and needs while strengthening a culture of integrity.
