TBG adopts compliance measures during 2026 Election Blackout Period

The restriction period begins three months before the first round of the elections and will remain in effect until the end of the electoral process—on October 4 if the election is decided in the first round or on October 25 if a runoff is held. These measures are intended to ensure fairness and transparency throughout the electoral process, preventing institutional content from being interpreted as promoting government administrations, public officials, candidates or political parties.

Adjustments to communication channels

During the Election Blackout Period, TBG’s communication channels will undergo temporary adjustments.

Institutional posts on the company’s Instagram and YouTube channels will be temporarily suspended throughout the period.

In the case of LinkedIn, given that the platform does not allow institutional pages to be temporarily deactivated, TBG’s LinkedIn page will remain active. However, no new institutional posts will be published during the period. Only technical, operational, informational and transparency-related content will remain available.

Institutional content related to events, projects, results, corporate activities, campaigns, initiatives and promotional materials will not be published during the Election Blackout Period.

TBG’s corporate website (www.tbg.com.br) will remain available, presenting technical information and other legally required content, including information related to public transparency as required by applicable legislation.

After the election period ends, TBG’s communication channels will be gradually restored and the distribution of promotional items will resume.

TBG reaffirms its commitment to institutional communication that is ethical, responsible and fully aligned with Brazil’s electoral regulations.
