TBG, in partnership with Google, held the Finnovation Day – Google + TBG on Wednesday, October 15th, a meeting that brought together technology, innovation, and energy in a journey of co-creation and learning.

The program included an opening address by TBG's Financial Director, Henrique Trinckquel, and the presence of the company's president, Jorge Hijjar, as well as André Macedo, a Google account executive who has been overseeing the partnership between the two companies for over three years. The leaders emphasized the importance of innovation as a driver of efficiency, collaboration, and continuous transformation in corporate processes.

Reinforcing the company's vision, the Information Technology Manager, Alberto Teixeira Neto, highlighted: "Reinforcing our commitment to the TBG board, we are investing in technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to transform our processes. Our objective is clear: to translate innovation into real gains in productivity and efficiency for the company."

Throughout the day, 19 companies participated in the initiative, focused on developing solutions for six strategic challenges proposed by TBG, with at least 3 participating companies in each, fostering the exchange of experiences and the emergence of different technical and creative perspectives.

According to Digital Transformation consultant, Jorge Cleber, "Artificial Intelligence is not about replacing human intelligence, but about amplifying it. The true potential is achieved when we use AI to automate complex tasks and generate predictive insights, allowing our teams to focus on strategic decisions and innovation."

The initiative provided an immersion in agile methodologies and collaborative technologies. The hybrid format of the meeting broadened the participation of professionals from different regions, reinforcing the inclusive and collaborative nature of the event.

Marking a new journey in its open innovation strategy, TBG announces the winning startups of the Finnovation Day challenges. N4 Finance, Sauter Digital, Robot.IA, Hvar Consulting, and Six Tech will be able to sign contracts of up to R$ 100,000 to implement their solutions in the company's real environment, in partnership with Google Cloud.
