On Thursday, February 11th, the ANP (National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels) approved the Feb/2020 Call to Tender on firm annual contracts for Product Capacity at entry and exit points along the TBG pipeline during the period 2021 to 2025.

According to the timetable published on the ANP website (http://www.anp.gov.br), the contractual process comprises Registration, Expression of Interest, Guaranteed Proposal, Conclusion of Commitment Terms and Transportation Contract.

The call notification will be available, as of this Friday (February 12th), on the TBG Capacity Offers Portal (COP), at the electronic address: ofertadecapacidade.tbg.com.br. At the same address, you can find the Registration and Expression of Interest form, which can be completed and submitted by the participants between February 18th and 26th.

Moreover, according to the ANP schedule, disclosure of the approved registrations will take place on March 2nd and the beginning of the service provision, after all the necessary procedures have been completed, should occur as of May 1st.

The base rates already take into consideration the reduction in the value of the Regulatory Asset Base, as determined by the ANP.
